So I finished Ch.1 Onikakushi the other day and started this one. SPOILERS FOR CHAPTER ONIKAKUSHI, assuming everyone here has finished that:

At the end of Onikakushi(the first vn), Keichii k*lled Mion and Rena and then died, right? So why are all characters alive again in this sequel? It feels like the first VN never happened and this is just the same story with different club activities, and some slight references to the first VN. Hoping it starts to make sense as I play more. I'm on day 4 right now in the VN. I never saw the anime btw.
