I've had to disable commenting for non-registered users due to an insane amount of spam.
This little site is powered by Known, so it has native support for Webmentions. If you have your own website that supports webmentions or pingbacks, they will be displayed as comments on posts. That would be first my suggestion for how to reply or comment.
